Customer service sucks

Do not bother calling Chief Nis customer support. They'll totally dismiss your email or deliver you brief, rude mail. I obtained a brief e-mail from Linda Mabry in the customer support link on the site also it required three months to get an answer and also the it had been one-line ostensibly calling me a liar. I replied towards the e-mail and not received an answer. Your customer support is terrible. That's simply poor company. I invested $75 on a single dinner and did not obtain 1/3 of it plus they declined to complete something to solve the problem. I'll never invest another cent at your cafe. Long john silvers thanks you. (and atleast they are able to get an order right) Disgrace you Captain Nis.
