My Family and I attempted to eat at one of your stores in Nash, Texas right outside Texarkana at Kings Hwy and I-30. It was Friday night at 10:00 and we were traveling. We walked up to the counter and stood for a good 7-8 minutes with three people standing behind the counter playing with a baby and visiting with some people. My wife finally spoke up and asked if could order and she said you have to go through the drive through. So we loaded back up and went to the drive through as soon as we pulled up the young lady said I will be with you in a minute. 11, minutes later we are still sitting at the window and have not been helped. We backed up and pulled forward again to which the girl came back on and said I will be with you shortly. 7 minutes later we drove off as no ever came back on the speaker to help us. As we passed the window "because there was no one in line during this whole time we could see all 3 employee's standing their still holding the baby! Terrible terrible service and we will not be back. We pass this store twice weekly and have stopped 4 other times and each time the service was terrible! We just thought you should know as we love Burger King but we will now go to Stateline store as it is much better run.
