POOR customer service

FRIDAY August 5 7:10 am I pulled into the parking lot at BK and went inside to plsce my usual order of 5 Sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. I ususally treat three other friends at work to a little breakfast sandwich. The clerk told me one moment. I waited for OVER 10 minutes and STILL was NOT served or my order even taken! I walked out very upset there was only myself and one other person at the counter there was only ONE person working the counter and one person working in the kitchen area where the food is prepped. I usually spend $5,00 a day times that by 5 days thats $ 25.00 per week times that by 4 weeks and I spend on an average of $ 100.00 per month! Continue doing business that way and I will spend my money elsewhere where I am appreciated and respected. There is NO excuse to POOR customer service!
