Burger King
Poor service

I have actually been a pretty consistent customer of Burger King, but the last few weeks I've had three situations at the Burger King restaraunts here in Fort Smith so that I an about to change my mind. Last week I was at the Midland Blvd restaraunt when a gentleman came to complain that he had been given the wrong sandwich. Since he was told to bring back the receipt for the correct sandwich he got angry when he was told he needed the sandwich also. The cursing and arguing there that day was scarey. I really think a replacement sandwich would have been a better way of handling that. Second situation was a couple days later when my daughter stopped at the Towson store and went on to work with her order only to find out half of it was missing. It is almost funny when you call and are told you can come back and get it. Right!

This morning I stopped to pick up breakfast for my grandkids but when they tried to eat the breakfast biscuits they couldnt bit into them. They were both hard as rocks. They ended up eating the meat and egg. That is sorry. A good restaraunt would replace those sandwiches also even if part of them were eaten.
