I will never go back there again

On December 27th my loved ones and that I were consuming at KFC in Everett WA. We purchase the 12 computer dinner, once we were eatting my boy discovered an extended hair within the poultry. We were all annoyed and did not wish to consume anymore of the meals, and so I visited the leading table and have if we are able to have our cash back. Jay who had been operating stated they can not hand back our cash becuase we'd previously consumed the meals. I told him it had been simply the main one chicken, he explained all he is able to do is remake our purchase. We never got our money-back and quit all of the food. Whenever we was departing I noticed them all giggling at us. I'll never return there again.
