Terrible food

We visited pollo warm in sanford shop #10076. Director Shaina (3533). To begin with, I noticed the cook speaking with someone else in the different aspect of the cafe cooking are and he or she was informing him to not hand out the burnt chicken. Whenever we were offered which was what we got. Food was chilly, poultry was dried, we did two individual purchases one for nearly 12 bucks and also the additional for21.06. I've consumed in additional pollo tropical cafe but never this unpleasant. I reported towards the supervisor and all she did was to provide us another thing. We didn't need the unpleasant food which was offered to us. Our boy got home and was sickness and had stomachache. It had been 9:59 whenever we purchase I believe they might've prepared even more poultry for all of US. No taste in whatever they offered us. It had been a knowledge and that I believe we ought to get our money-back with this. The supervisor didn't managed it the way in which she was suppose to. We would like our cash back.
