I had ordered "gourmet lollypops" from the website lollyphile.com in May. Never received anything from them. I called the number paypal provides, he does not list any on his website page. He apologized and said they would be shipped right away in June. It is now August nothing has been received and he has already taken my money. His website is still up and running of which many people unaware of that will not receive anything.
