After numerous phone calls and emails regarding a $5 refund I was due, after a 6 week wait, I contacted my credit card issuer who gave me a permanent refund as it would be costlier to contact the vend

After trying in vain for 6 weeks to get a $5 refund due me on an order I placed via a Groupon promo and wasting too much time on the phone with numerous emails going unanswered, I contacted my credit card company who issued me a permanent credit as for $5, it wasn't worth their time pursuing these morons in Utah. I will cancel a second Groupon voucher and will strongly recommend that Groupon no longer do business with these scammers.
