Kentucky Fried Chicken 16 oz Drinks Colobos

KFC is selling 16 oz drinks but there is less then 8oz of liquid in the cup. I took a measuring cup with me and this particular cup had just over 6oz soda the rest was ice. The cup itself can hold 16oz if filled to the brim. I felt ripped off. I showed the salesgirl the 16oz with about 1/2 inch of empty space between the ice and lid and she said that's the way it's supposed to be. Do the math.
