I have been a regular patron of BJs for more than a 2 years. I have always enjoyed the food and the service. However, I am afraid, I can no longer say that. It seems that the company has lost it's dedication to good service.

I thought it was a one time event, however, my friends and I have gone back and have experienced the same service.in fact, we have made it an effort to avoid bjs if possible. It's pretty sad that such a well established resturant has such a bad reputation.

Now, I not expecting first class service, but refiling drinks, bring the basic utensils set, taking our order without us having to wait an hour to get the waitress and telling them we want to order, getting our orders right, being respectful to the customers, as we are the guest and not some homeless person off the street. I am not asking much, but i believe anyone would agree to this as well.
