Terrible Food and Terrible Servie

I am a chef and live and work in and around Houston, TX. Longhorn just got to town a few months ago. Impressive Darden Group advertising campaign. I have eaten at the Woodlands, Pearland and Memorial city restaurants and can testify that food and service do no measure up. They brag that their fish, chicken and seafood is fresh and never frozen. They brag that some of their steaks are hand cut. I do not believe it. The steaks are thin and swimming in a disgusting lemon oily sauce, but not a lemon butter sauce. The servers are pushy, rude and just there to turn tables. I have never received a steak cooked the way I ordered at any of the restaurants. Folks, this is Texas—you wanna call yourself a steakhouse—you better know how to cook steaks! Chicken is always drowned in a sauce also, my wife complained that it was terribly salty and heavy. These restaurants are not worth your time
