They messed up my order for the last time - Whoppe

Today I came here to get a Texas double whopper and what I found out when I got it was that they didn't put pickles or the jalapeños on it. How can they mess up a simple order like that? And my girlfriend got a grilled chicken sandwhich but the chicken was pink and not cooked thoroughly so this is the last time I'll ever eat here.
