Mcdonalds - staff rudeness & service

Today I went to Mcdonald at 11171 GARDEN GROVE BLVD CA 92840 and I order 50 pcs of chicken nugget and on the receipt it said i'm suppose to get 4 ranch and 4 bbq dip but i got only 4 ranch dip.
I went back to the counter and asked for bbq sauce and she said, "I have to charge you 0.25 each".
Which i was suppose to get 4 ranch and 4 bbq with my order and i didn't ask for extra I just wanted to get what i was suppose to get that is 4 ranch and 4 bbq sauce.
Why did she charge me extra?
