Bad Business-Bad Food

Friday April 1 I placed an order to Jacos Pizzeria at 8:30pm. Half tray Cheese & 25 Honey Garlic WingsI was advised that the order would be sent right out. I received my order 2 hours later @10:30pm. I opened my order only to realize that the pizza was cold and the wings were suicideflaming Hot??? I called back at 10:33pm and advised the women that they sent out the wrong order, she placed me on hold for 12 minutes came back and said your order is on its way. I waited patiently for the orderit never arrived. 12:15am I called back to Jacos and inquired about my order Rob stated we can get that right out to you. I explained, if the order hadnt left already; Im not interested in receiving it and immediately requested a refund. Rob was very rudehe stated nastily your not getting a refundwe dont give refunds! I asked to speak with a manager or owner.
