Missing Barbecue Wing Refused Credit After Long Phone Hold

I purchased two orders of boneless chicken bites and two orders of bone in Barbecue wings last night. When my order arrived it was one barbque wing short. I called and was told I wouldn't get a credit, nor my wings sorry just my tough luck. I should have known when I waited on hold for ten minutes that I wouldn't get what I ordered. I only got to order because I hung up and called back and when she told me to hold I told her I'd take my order elsewhere if she was going to put me on another ten minute hold, so she took the order and didn't get it right. Was it because she was upset that I said I'd take my order elsewhere? I'll never know, but I can assure you I'm done with the half hearted way they take care of their customers. I've had my last Dominoes, and we ordered from them at least twice to three times a week. Lucky for me there's a Pizza Hut in this town.
