Cigarette ashes on my dinner plate

I'd requested my supper as of this institution and observed smoke ashes on my dinner-plate!!! (it was not the very first time.) Went into home to protest to supervisor and recognized supervisor and team have been smoking by dishwasher, hallways, salad channels and cooks smoking likewise while organizing food behind the point! If this may be the very first time I'd wandered into this cafe home and noticed this, what happenis on the daily schedule.
