Bad service

The McDonalds #6972 at 818 N. Country Club Rd in Ada, OK once again has done me wrong. Today I ordered 2 twenty piece nuggets, a quarter pounder, and a filet of fish. I paid for my order and was told to pull ahead and wait. I waited for 9 minutes which is extreme, especially considering I counted 8 cars behind me which got their food. I pulled off. Got down the road and realized the bag was small. I looked into the bag and not only were the nugget boxes open and spilled out in the bag. But that was all I had. No other sandwiches. I turned around and went inside and asked to speak to a manager. I told them that this was the THIRD time I've had problems with this store. She didn't seem to mind. I didn't have a receipt because they NEVER give you one. She went to give me my money back (I didn't want the food because they acted like they didn't care) and I realized they had added a fry on that I never ordered). The manager talked back and forth between two other employees and was very rude. I asked her why they don't give out receipts when you pay and even though I clearly wasn't given one. She said they do.
It was a waste of my time and they didn't offer up ANYTHING for my time at all. I was disgusted that this "shift manager" Sydney didn't seem to care about the customer at all.
McDonald's makes millions but making people wait and then not giving them their food and "thrownig" it in the bag is just wrong.
What happened to "service with a smile"? What happened to "replacement" or making a customer happy? This shift manager should be fired!!!
I will never go back to the store again and will ask all my friends to do the same!!!
