Bad service with an I don't care attitude

We walked out of the Outback this eevening after waiting 40 minutes, 30 minutes past our call ahead confirmation time. The three young girls that served as hostesses, especially the one takling names should all lose their jobs. After 30 minutes we sat down in the bar at a dirty table with no service. We could see six open tables near the front of the restaurant that were empty as a good 40 people sat and waited. We couldn't even find the manager on duty to speak to. The Outback in Lyndhurst recently closed and their service wasn't very good either.
