I am completely at my wits end. My husband and I agreed to have them come for a consult and make the mistake of giving them a check, we looked a the fine print after in the contract and when they called we cancelled, well as soon as my husband said that they literally hung up.

The following day I did not even get the opportunity to cancel the check... It was CASHED. This all took place on August 13 and I STILL NOT have received my refund.

I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and NY Prime lied to them and told them the check was cut and sent. They also lied and told me it was sent and gave me the story that it must have been lost in the mail so they 'cancelled" that check and issued me another one - obvious LIE.

I am in the process of having my attorney contact them regarding the situation. No one answers the phone, or they pretend that the individual who handles the refunds is always 'out' and they NEVER return phone calls.

So at this point - Mr. Resnick if you would like to place a rebuttal and tell me again that my check has been mailed I will be glad to reply to this post that it is the absolute truth until that time I consider you to be a complete disgrace to the human race and to those individuals who work hard for their money, you should be ashamed of yourself!
