Cheesecake factory survey

I was told when I made a cheesecake purchase today that I should go on line and take a survey and I would receive a $10.00 gift card. I am quite willing to do this and have entered the correct address to get in for the survey, but there is no survey available!

I can't imagine a business like the Cheesecake Factory to do something like this. I am disappointed. We enjoyed our meal and the server was fine.
