I was given the above survey code number 3106-70091-13050 to complete a survey on the cheesecake factory. I went to the cheesecake factory restaurant in Arlington, Texas. I went with a friend, had a wonderful meal. I was promised a $10.00 gift card to complete a survey. Unfortunately, I got on line and there was no survey to complete. Why did this happen. I went to www.thecheesecakefactory.com/feedback and there was no place to plug the survey code number into. I'm very disappointed. How do I complete the survey and get my gift card?
