People actually want to eat here? - food and comfort

I remember the first time I tried their new grilled chicken and that experience with my mom was terrible. The entire restaurant was filthy, dirty with trash piling up everywhere, multiple tables were dirty. I remember a long time ago when I used to work next door and the style of the restaurant was kind of nice and comfortable, now its not even close. I dont know why someone thought that the new look would be good. Wasnt a pleasant experience. I guess I'll stick with Church's from now on or something.
