Ripoff they don't give you everything you pay fo

Ordered food for delivery and part of my order was forgotten. When I call to have them bring me the rest of my order they said a driver was already on his way. I waited about an hour and still had not recived my order. I called back and asked to speak with the manager. He told me that the order had already been droped off and there was nothing he could do. I questioned him and he hung up on me.
