We were told it would be a fifteen minute wait and it turned out to be 45

Six people visited the Applebees in Greenfield, IN on last Sunday. We were informed it'd be considered a fifteen-minute delay also it ended up to become 45. Then we were crammed in to a cubicle. The server arrived after five minutes and got our beverage and appetizer order and vanished for five units, subsequently became popular after getting our beverages without obtaining our dinner purchase. She returned with this snacks another fifteen minutes later and got our dinner purchase after kidding about having overlooked to obtain purchases at additional platforms that evening. A half-hour later, she arrived through to request if we needed something so when my father recommended our foods could be good, the server served upset and stated she'd been active. At this time it had been around 2:30 and also the location was significantly less than half-full. The meals came into being five minutes later and was good. Subsequently server provided people replacements and not delivered them. General, horrible support.
