Very unprofessional

My loved ones and that I consumed as of this cafe on Sat 2/10/07. We'd constantly noticed they had excellent food. Delay was about 45 minute. No problem. Was seated nice an event of 20 who'd likewise only been placed. Same server. Appetizer (crab dip) wasn't actually enough for just two people. Got w/2pcks of cookies. Meat was offered cool, crab legs overcooked. Siblings get not correct. She actually described and asked questions of a specific product. They agreed to get another thing, but who would like to delay another 45 minute? Server never worried about the error. Never received replacements on beverages. Needed to request bakery, that ought to have now been offered first. Talked to supervisor. She provided free leave for issues. I recommended that people shouldn't have now been placed thus right after a large celebration t/same server. Coordinator, who ENDED UP TO BECOME the dog owner, returned in eating location & recommended she was the "silly" one that lay us. She didn't apologize for poor food or bad support. Not qualified whatsoever!!
