Drive-Thru Window Automated Voice Comes On With No Person

Cafes, Bars, Restaurants

Your new drive thru windows do not work! I have had this happen at Arkadelphia and Hot Springs AR locations. The automated voice comes on but no actual person. This is very aggravating! Why even have these if they do not work!!
