Horrible store, Horrible customer service

I ordered an arrangement for mothers day. It was for my kids to give to my wife.
I called today at 10 AM and the store said they could not locate the order that they sent me multiple receipts for, and the one that they already charged my card for.

After I told them that they already charged me, they said they found the order in the 'call' file. They said the container they already charged me for was not in stock. I told them just to get something delivered. Its mothers day after all.

Then they tell me its not going to be delivered until later in the day, and when I told them we had dinner plans, they said they could not tell me when they would deliver!

Its now AFTER 9PM and NOTHING. No Call, no delivery, NOTHING. I tried calling but their phone does not answer, it asks you to dial an extension then hangs up on you!

This store is useless, the employees are useless. They take money and do not deliver (you know, thats called theft)/

Thanks for RUINING a mothers day surprise from kids to their mother you jerks.
