Cary Borish, Jon Borish, Natalie Bickel, Luke Ekenbach Horrible Organization, Company not run properly, Owner on Drugs, Chef has no clue

Marathon Grill is a company of many problems and issues. They were started by the Borish family. Currently there sons Jon and Cary run the company. Jon is a legit Cocaine addict. Employees and Managers have seen him using in the stores. Cary has barely worked a day in a restaurant and has no idea how to run a restaurant. Cary is currently the Presdient of the company and he in the past few years has run it into the groun. The financials of this company are pathetic. Supposably they were once a great company, but unfortunately when you have people like this running a 6 unit concept they obvioulsy have no clue what they are doing. Furthermore they have an Exec Chef (atleast this is what he calls himself) who is by far the worst decision Marathon has ever made. Luke first of all has never been an Exec Chef of any restaurant. He was a Sous Chef which basically means a glorified Line Cook. He hired these idiots as CDC's in the restaurants. There names are Jason, James and Marlin.
These idiots were never even Sous Chefs they were line cooks that went to culinary school. The funniest part is that Luke was supposed to make a new menu for the company that was supposed to put marathon back on the map, still not done yet in January and this was back in July it was said. When you ask anyone in any of the restaurants they will tell you that luke the idiot has never even picked up a spatula to cook anything. The reason being is that he doesnt know how. If you ask any Manager in the company truthfully what they think of him they will tell you that he is worthless to the company. The biggest mistake Cary made was to hire him. This is only the beggining of Marathon though. Cary has literally ran the company into the ground. They have NO MONEY at all to pay for anything. There are server's who cannot cash there $15-20 dollar paychecks because there is not enough money in the account to cover them. Managers are writing checks for supplies and the checks are bouncing therefore not allowing the stores to operate properly. Worst of all is that the Kitchens in these restaurants are so gross and disgusting its suprising that people dont get sick more often. If you are a patron of Marathon or an interviewee who plans to work for this company I will tell you its the worst mistake you could possible make.
