I was one of two people at the Mc Donald's in the Roses' Shopping Center in Florence. I waited for about ten minutes and was never even asked if anyone could help me. Several people came to the register I was standing in front of, but none spoke to me. One man who seemed to be the manager even came up to the front and never acknowledged me.

I counted at least seven workers while I was there; all ignored me.

Finally, I left and went to Burger King!!
