Southwest Salad Missing Chip Strips Seven Times in Jay, Maine

My local McDonald's in Jay, Maine cannot seem to get it right for making the Southwest salads. Today was the seventh time (in the last year) that I have gotten that particular salad without the "chip strips" that go on top - which pretty much makes that salad great. Five times it was because they had forgotten (now I don't leave the window area until confirming) and the other three were because they were out of them, but failed to tell me when I was ordering - which does not give me the opportunity to order something else. Even today, the manager was right there - and she knows this has happened to me all the other times... Guess they have lost my measly business for good!
