Simply awful

I visited the Hardwick Hands in Sutton Coldfield with my spouse in January. The bar was chilly and we around noticed a guy client advise the woman supervisor about that and he or she advised him to-go home then. My spouse described the meals was offered comfortable and never warm. The woman supervisor who had been gowns really messy got the meals off the desk and stormed down towards the home, didn't state a term and brough the meals back about 4 minutes later with no aplology.

We got up and went out.
