Awful service

I have been likely to Fosteris Freeze (Milpitas Ca.) for ice-cream treats for a long time. Lately they will have changed owners. I purchased a parfait. The parfait that I had been offered just stuffed half the mug that it was offered in. I requested the woman in the table why it did not seem like the parfait which was about the poster that promotes it. She shrugged her shoulders since she did not realize a term I had been saying. She got a co worker to convert. Nothing was solved. I will not be returning.
