Ripoff

I ordered a mirror and wheel for camry on 27/Dec thru Mr. Tyler ext 216 (my wo number is 57617), I was told that the order would be delivered in 5 business days, $85 were deducted from my debit card the very next day, but the parts never did.

I first called them on 5th Jan, I was told that they will get back to me, but that never happened. I was told to contact Denisa ext 206 for tracking, she told me that she will find out what's going on and will call back by noon. Then I kept calling again and again till 17th Jan. She did not call back. When I called on 18Jan she told me that she will call back by eve, that also did not happen. On 19th when I was told that they cannot deliver both the parts, I decided to get back my money, because I lost trust.

This company cannot keep the customers informed about their order, even does not bother to return calls. I cannot trust them to deliver me anything.

ON 19th I was told by Kristina that I will get the refund in 10 days. After 10 days when I did not see money in my bank account, I called them again, Kristina (ext 0) now tells me that Jackie (refund) was on leave for last 2 weeks and she is the only one who can look at it.

THIS COMPANY HAS SO MANY PEOPLE FOR SALES BUT NO BACK UP FOR REFUND, and they would take the money from you on first instant, then make you waste HOURS chasing them.

Today (7th Feb) I have finally have been able to speak to Jackie (after several tries, but I did not want to leave another voice mail today), and she has promised to get my money back maximum in 48 Hours. My fingers are crossed and will check back after 48 hours. But I have lost my patience... Have spent so many valuble hours chasing these guys... I would never do business with this company. Can anyone help me, what should I do if I do not see refund coming after 2 days!!
