Same thing happened to us!

Also had an unfortunate incident at Rick's. We were a group of 4, and everything was fine, except for one of the diners. Her food came out cold, and when we mentioned it to the owner, she said it WASN'T.

She only needed to apologize, and warm it up, and it would have been a great experience. I would NEVER go back.
