Terrible management, horrible food

I used to go to this store on a regular basis when it just opened about four years ago. I was very pissed when I found that a new owner had taken over about a year ago and immediately jacked up the prices. I was even more upset to find out that another store, also purchased by the same owner, never had THEIR prices changed. Why would you do that to all your loyal customers in one area and not to others? The icing on the cake, however, was when new management came in about a month ago. The service became TERRIBLE! I went in about a week ago to pick up my order. No one was in the front of the store.instead I heard the crew, and what I later found out was the manager, snickering in the back talking loudly about last nights partying and how much pot they smoked. Not only was this upsetting to me, but my pizza was not even ready. I had phoned it in at least 30 minutes prior to me arriving. Then they got my order wrong. I had to wait another 20 minutes only for them to tell me that they ran out of a topping that was supposed to be on my pizza. There were no apologies and I even received attitude when I corrected them on my order. The only reason people go to this store now is because it's the cheapest thing this town has to offer. It's worth the extra buck to get quality service and a much better product somewhere else.in today's economy, and in a small community like molalla, it's important for businesses to feel like they're on a personal level with customers. Obviously at this Papa Murphys they're more concerned with making money than appreciating my business.
