What ever happened to laws about hygene?
If they're still out there then I just met the jesse james of the hygene law. This idiot OSCAR LIMON smelledm like he has never seen running water. First of all his clothes were filthy and had a strong urine smell to them. His eyes were so dialated that it didnt take a rocket scientist to figure out dudes on meth. He was rude obnoxious and served the worst refreshment I had ever seen. I might as well been served toilet water because thats what it smelled like. When I complained about the brown floaties in my drink he became very violent and hostile. I checked this moron out and sure enough he has an extensive criminal record for drugs and also 2 counts of sexual assault on a child. Why is this child molester still on the streets?
