Beware... They're true scammers!

My husband and I often go to this place for the lunch buffet. On this particular day it was alittle crowded but nothing out the ordinary. The hostess asked did we want anything to drink and we told her just water. I guess she thought we were going to pay 1.50 for a can of pop but she was mistaken. She had a bad attitude anyway. So we fixed our plates to eat and I notice that my glass has something floating around in it. I asked the hostess to bring me a clean glass and she said something in chinese like i understood her.

We also noticed the workers we out in the dining area just watching US eat as if there is a one plate max. I like to sit and talk with my company and not feel rushed. She brought our bill and they added a 20 % service charge!!! What in the world is a service charge. They didn't render and service that required anything extra. I guess they force you to tip. This is against the law. I told the cashier that i was going to report him to the BBB and he didn't want me to have my receipt. SEE, he knows all about the BBB because they have a unsatisfactory record. These companies open up in our neighborhoods and think they can stiff you with outrageous charges. They also have a 5 dollar minimum to use a credit card. Dont eat at this place
