Mcdonald's unfair ripoff discrimination and political corruption

I have been working for this company for a couple of years now... If you can help it, don't work for this place... Lots of favoritism for certain employees, discrimination going on.

Many of us has complained about a certain person and nothing is ever done about it... This person has been late every day for four years straight and she's still employed... Isn't there a regulation on being late all the time? And she still got promoted!!! Now is THAT fair?
