Charged my debit card more than agreed

Having been pleased with our dinner I chose to provide them with a-10% idea. I did so this using my credit bank card and closed the bill. After I examined my bank record they'd billed me $10 a lot more than decided. This is actually the secont time it's occurred at an Outback restaurant so it's not really a chance. I talked using the supervisor who didn't appear amazed and created the justification the host had simply input the worthiness improperly and guaranteed to return my income. 7 days later and contains nevertheless not removed in my bill.
