Cleanliness of restaurant

I had been in the IHOP on 31st and Cicero in Chicago, IL. Anything was good in the beginning apart from it being cool inside. We got our food... That was average. Our scrambled eggs appeared a lot more like an egg pancake. And also the pancakes were warm once they got towards the desk, but since it was so chilly within the cafe they truly became chilly within minutes. The toughest element was after I was almost completed with my dinner. I notice this terrible audio... Tearing and cutting. Then I recognize they're right beside me taking up the previous rug in the ground. The cutting sound seemed as though it were from the home. I had been completely ashamed. After I quit the ground was littered with leftovers and contaminants in the rug which was drawn up. No on that worked there appeared to care... They simply strolled around it and kept going. Totally unacceptable.
