This is more of an apology than just a comment. On the evening of Feb. 16th. At 8:00 P.M. My friends & I stopped into your Breiel Blvd. Location in Middletown Ohio. We received our order from the drive-thru window, & parked to have our meal.in all honesty, we believed we were shorted in our order, of two sandwich's. I regret to admit, my friend had a bad attitude with the night shift manager, when she told him she had pulled the order herself, & was sure it was correct. After we had left, his wife spoke up & said that the baby's blanket had fell on one of the bags, & that she hadn't seen it before. I wish to convey my appreciation for the attitude of your night manager. She was totally respectful, & even though she had to 'stick to her guns-so to speak', she called my friend sir, when he was in a tirade over the mistake, thinking it was her fault. I've worked in the fast food industry before & informed him, that most businesses would place their highest ranking person in the production line, calling out & pulling orders. That's the best way to handle the high flow of customers, waist management, & personnel. Dealing with the customers is such a large part of the stress level, of a job that is already stressful. So in closing, I believe your manager in question should be commended for a job well done! Thank you for always giving us your best! ~John E. Mull
