Manager very rude - Burger King

I have always enjoy the food and services of the Burger King located in Alafaya Trail close by Waterford Lakes in Orlando for many years. However things have changed in a negative way lately, the manager of the store is very rude and shows a bad attitude towards the customers and employees. I have learned that it is under a new management. I guess that's why. I only hope that the new owners listen to the customers complains and really take actions or otherwise I will go to McDonalds across the street.
