Food was not good and dirty dishes

My mom and stepfather went there for dinner on the date above, and they were very dissatisfied with the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Some of the trays were empty and not refilled, the food was cold, asn even some of the dishes were dirty. They overheard some of the other patrons there complaining that the food was cold ant that the dishes were not clean also. This is enough to turn anyone away from a restaurant that has just opened back up. Also, this is not sanitary. Thank-you very much..
