Nikola And Will Moore Agreed to a silent partnership then sold my liquor and beer then kept the money owe me $40,000.00

These self proclaimed Christians told me they needed a break to open a BBQ business. I owned a fully stocked bar and grill, owned ALL the inventory and equipment and agreed to let them into MY business. Due to health issues I agreed to become the silent partner and they just had to bring in a BBQ. The agreement was mediated by the landlord and I signed over my lease. THE NEXT DAY the husband who ownes nothing due to back child support and taxes he is hiding from came in alone and told me they would not pay the agreed upon amount, that I owned NOTHING in the building and I was not a partner. I talked to the landlord (friend for 25 years) and he assured me that he would make sure they understood that this was legally binding and they had to make the monthly payments to keep the agreement. I then get a letter from an attorney stating I was banned from the property. The landlord FORGETS what the agreement was about (His wife is a prominate local attorney and he forgets?) and he is getting his rent so he wants to keep them happy and not force the agreement. Now they have thrown out some of my equipment, sold off thousands of dollars worth of liquid inventory and not paid me a penny! They have bought a new Corvette though! I was the only "White boy" (the black guys words) to give a brother a break and he screws me to get his way! I then get contacted by another person that they have done this to and he wants to sue the hell out of them but that costs money and my entire retirement was in this business. Now my retirement savings is gone (retired from the military and a disabled vet) and they get it all. He even told me that this was his "reparations" from whitey and he was owed this because I was white (BUT he has a white wife, figure that). I was raised in East LA and know gangs (was in one as a kid) and he is no gang banger believe me, but he wants his and will take it from the one person willing to help a fellow Christian. I want my $40,000.00 and everyone to know what they did to me and others. I am going to take a polygraph and if there is any contract attorney that will pro-bono this I would appreciate it. There is more involved I cant discuss here but the publicity from this would be good for you due to others involved. I have lost a friendship and my retirement and am having to pay off business loans due to these so called Christians. I cant stand the feelings I have against blacks now and the anger I have against them. My faith in God and a good pastor have kept me from acting out, as I know they will be before God and he will send them to Hell for hurting a child of his. I will be there to see this and God forgive me, but I will laugh as they burn in the pits of Hell for all enternity. I know they tell others they did nothing wrong, but we all know what really happened and how much they have hurt the only man that reached out to help them. God forgive them, for I will never forgive this blatent disregard for their fellow man and their actions against his family.
