While i paid her rent in cash on OCT 25th and my business partner paid her on NOV 12th, she had understood that I Would be away for 50 days. As my Landlord she had a key to my mail; and home she took my business cheques and I wont lie she never cashed them but it is the point of going through my mail. She let her son in and they helped themselves to $5600 worth of dj equipment my ps vita my ps3 all my games my cousins wii and sunglasses 1200 cash and a couple fake watches still worth a few hundred each. OH I forgot she claims i didn't pay rent. She says she's a poor single mom supporting her son (he is 36 years old) We should put him on scam book. Anyway don't rent from a crazy Landlord that forgets that she lost her medical lic. She introduces herself as a paediatrician. She took me to court and lost but i moved out mostly because those christmas morning spot checks at 7 am were a bit creepy.
