Terrible customer service

I carried out the order and we are vegetarian (by religion) if some do not know. There was meat in my order. Upon calling the location, after 10 min. Of hold time - the Manager (Muhammed) denied to come on the phone and said he was too busy, that was insane and rude. I went to the store AGAIN and STILL he did not come out to talk! I was angry and told him why can't he talk... He threatened me like a GOON to call police and was extremely rude. I left with the pizza there and did NOT get/ask for refund. With me, other customers ALSO told me they will never come back again to this location. Anyone in this area, pl. DO NOT go/order from this location - they NEED to know that we have rights too!!!

The employee does not care of business, I need confirmation that the OWNER knows this. This is highly unacceptable behavior and customer service! I WILL publicly post this issue on blogs, magazines and news sites/channels. Pizza Hut put's their FIRST principle to hire is cust. Service (LOL - what a joke!!!) and me getting thrown out was horrible and I will ensure that I will stand there with a banner with 20 ppl.

ALSO - I was charged extra on my order!

Pizza hut is hiring all the old Mcdonald kids... Now Mcdon. Is revamping their staff with high quality ppl and invest tremendously in training. On the flip side, those folks who cannot make it are managers at Pizza Hut!
