Ruined the happiest night of my life! My wedding night by not upholding our contract

Davoud Golzar, AKA massoud, promissed us a wedding party like no one ever seen before. The contract called for an ice sculpture which he did not provide. We soppused to have the entire restaurant for our wedding reception which we did not. He had a section of restaurant open for normal business.

Massoud was not willing to have the air condition on full blast and everybody was sweating. There were not more than two waitresses to serve our 120 guesstes.
He charged us 360 dollars extra for 6 extra guesstes. The deal was that he will return the money the same night if there was no extra guest. He never returned the money.
The champaine for the bride and groom toast was served in plastic cups! The knife for cutting the cake was rusty!!!

He charged us more than a 1000 dollars for service fee yet he did not provide any service at all. He insisted on not having kids at our party yet his own sister's children were amongst our guests with some cheap street clothes.

He has never returned any of the extra money he charged us.

We have to put a stop on this con artist and let every one know how he rips off people from their happiness.
