Being rude and calling customer liars!

Supervisor was rude and named me a liar. Cashier required my purchase and products were absent, i.E. (moderate beverage, chips, and nice & sour sauce). After I informed the cashier that products were lacking she explained, "number they're not". Then went and got the supervisor. After I informed the supervisor that products were lacking he RUDELY requested for my receipt. Saw the products weren't there and requested the cashier to create it right. The cashier got the mug for that moderate beverage and also the shoots. While she acquired the cup for that beverage she set her hands within the mug. I subsequently informed the supervisor to obtain me another mug and informed him what she'd completed. He explained "She doesn't do this", and questioned me to exhibit him what she did. I showed him and he explained "her fingertips are clear, that mug is okay". I told him no it's not and also to get me a brand new one. He declined and so I subsequently caught my fingers in the mug and smashed it and informed him that not receiving me a clear mug is against wellness plan in virtually any restaurant. He eventually got me another cup after which attempted to cost me $1.30 for that fresh mug. I told him "stick-up the sofa, I'm not spending money on something which isn't my problem". I subsequently observed that I'd not gotten my nice & sour marinade and I expected for that. The supervisor subsequently explained "We're out". I noticed they had two COMPLETE pipes of it wherever the cashiers get the covered burgers underneath the socks. If this is the way McDonaldis is went, then you can certainly be assured that I'll never return! Edgewood is just a smalltown... Word gets around. With Moriarty only being 8 kilometers away, term may distribute there too. I'm currently likely to the documents and processing a using the health panel and other people that'll notice what I've to express. I understand I can't close all of the McDonaldis all around the nation, however the two within Edgewood and Moriarty New Mexico is likely to be ok by me. We require a sonic anyhow!
