Refusal to give receipt!

On many events the neighborhood McDonaldis has declined to provide me a bill in the 'pay-here' screen of the drive through.in the place of providing me a published bill once they have obtained my cost, the cashier informs me to 'have it in the pick up screen', making me to get the bill from the cashier not the same as the main one whom I settled.

Our criticism towards the supervisor wasn't solved satisfactorily; the supervisor recommended me that she'd allow the 'pay-here' cashier abandon his/her work-station to get my bill in the additional screen WHEN THEY WERE NOT TOO BUSY.

This conditional submission leaves the supervisor responsible for whether and where I'm provided the bill I'm due once cost has been made. The supervisor claims this exercise has become required at-all the McDonald's restaurants in her area and also the company doesn't have purpose of altering this plan.

I believe the plan isn't just poor company training but arrogant and authoritarian. I am so angry concerning the companyis intransigence with this stage that I'm considering boycotting the diner chain. So what can I actually do?
