Unbelievable Rudeness at
Penguin's Frozen Yogurt in Northridge
I have never in my many years as a consumer been treated so rudely. I was greeted with a scrowl, hands thrown up as if to ask what do you want. I smiled and said I needed a minute, and since there were no other customers, this seemed ok. The woman left to go into the back and I waited and waited for her to come back. When she finally did, she growled "what you want?" I said, "how about a smile?" She said, "Get outa my store" and pointed to the door!" Now, do you think I am going to go back???
